Eric's favorite small cutting mat. A superior quality 5 layer-construction PVC cutting mat by Penco, developed with a veteran cutting mat maker from Japan. The A4-size cutting board is sturdy, bend or flake-proof, and safely grips the blade as well as paper with its subtly textured surface. The blade mark disappears, absorbed by the soft yet tough PVC surface. Featuring printed guidelines.
